“Deliberative session” is an annual public meeting for Hampton NH residents and Town Committee members to weigh, examine, and discuss the reasons for and against a warrant(s) that are up for voting in the ANNUAL March election.
“Warrant” is a document giving authority to do something, in this case, in The Town of Hampton.
